All India Digital Cable Federation (AIDCF) is the apex body representing Digital Multi System Operators (MSOs) in India.
To be eligible for membership, an MSO must meet the following criteria:
Digital Addressable System (DAS) Regulations: The MSO must strictly adhere to the TRAI’s Digital Addressable System (DAS) regulations, ensuring transparency and quality in digital services.
Quality of Service (QoS) Guidelines: The MSO must follow TRAI’s Quality of Service (QoS) guidelines, which emphasize service reliability, consumer grievance redressal mechanisms, and consistent service delivery.
Subscriber Base: The MSO should have a minimum digital subscriber base of 100,000. This ensures that members have a significant operational presence and commitment to expanding.
